Academic background in Physics.
Jorge won his PhD degree in the field of Radiation detectors at the University of Coimbra. His PhD work was performed at The Weizmann Institute of Sciences, Israel.
He is the author/co-author of more than 50 papers published in international journals and conference proceedings. Additionally, he acts as a regular referee for the international scientific journal IEEE Transactions on Nuclear Science and sporadically for others international journals.
Jorge has expertise in innovation for the development of devices to be applied in Nuclear and Astrophysics Instrumentation. His expertise from a different field, make him an excellent consultor for future out-of-the-box innovative applications for our solution.
